Colorado is a great state. Skiers love to come to Colorado. Read on to find out about the climate, things to do, and some interesting facts about Colorado.

First of all, there are lots of things to do in Colorado. One place you can visit when you’re in Colorado is the U.S Olympic Committee Headquarters. It’s a place were American athletes train. You can see what they do to train and how they do it. Another place you can visit is the U.S Air Force Academy. The U.S Air Force Academy is a college for the undergraduate education of commissioned officers for the USAF.

When you pack your bags, you need to know the temperatures. In the spring, it gets up to 62° so you might want to bring a light jacket. In the summer, it gets up to 85° so you should bring shorts. In the winter, it gets up to 42 °so you will need a heavy jacket.

Now, here are some fun facts about Colorado. One fun fact is that the first woman to win an Oscar lived in Colorado. She won the Oscar because she was in more then 300 films. Her name was Hattie McDaniel. A survivor from the Titanic, Amy Adams, lived in Colorado. Another fun fact is that Denver, Colorado has the longest continuous street in America. It is 40 miles long and its name is Colfax Avenue.
